We’ve carefully designed the entire experience - so you don’t have to.
Each Mini-Weds date hosts a limited number of weddings across the day, with a clear, considered flow that allows every couple to feel relaxed, present, and fully immersed in their moment.
From arrival through to your celebration, everything is timed, styled, and managed behind the scenes.

WILL WE SEE OTHER COUPLES ON THE DAY?
Each wedding has its own dedicated time and space, designed to feel personal and uninterrupted.
You may briefly cross paths with other couples in shared spaces, but each wedding is thoughtfully timed so your ceremony and experience feel personal and uninterrupted.
CAN WE CHOOSE OUR CEREMONY TIME?
Yes — you’ll be able to select from a range of beautifully spaced time slots across the day.
Whether you’re drawn to a softer morning feel or golden afternoon light, we’ll guide you toward the option that suits your vision best.
WILL THE CEREMONY SPACE BE THE SAME FOR EVERY COUPLE?
The setting remains consistent, but each ceremony is styled with care to feel fresh, considered, and unique.
No two celebrations feel exactly the same — the energy, people, and moments are always your own..
CAN WE EXTEND OUR SESSION?
Miniweds is intentionally designed around a beautifully paced experience, so extensions aren’t typically offered.
However, you can book a space next door at Archie Rose to continue the celebrations.
CAN WE PERSONALISE IT?
Yes — while the structure is curated, there’s room to make it feel like you.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
Simply enquire, review the guide, and secure your date with a deposit.
WHATS THE CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE POLICY?
To ensure the day is worth our vendors' and venue’s time, if we do not get enough couples, we will not go ahead. We will make this call 6 months prior to the day. This ensures ample time for the couple to choose to book as a micro-wedding package instead (pending availability).
IS THERE PARKING OR SHOULD GUESTS UBER?
Yes — there are convenient parking options nearby, and we can guide you and your guests on what works best.
HOW EARLY CAN GUESTS ARRIVE?
We recommend guests arrive shortly before your ceremony time so everything flows smoothly and feels relaxed from the start.

IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?
Please note that there are 5 stairs into the venue, however we do also have a disabled ramp for access.
The Rosella Room where the ceremony and post ceremony drinks and grazing is held is stair access only. Your sit down meal afterwards is held downstairs which is accessible.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE HAVE?
Guest numbers vary between 2 and 30+ depending on your selection - all outlined in the brochure.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We have a beautiful indoor option ready, so your day will feel just as special regardless of the weather.
Everything is designed to adapt seamlessly, without adding stress.
